氢氧化钠水解小麦秸秆制备型煤黏结剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为改善型煤燃烧性能,提高农作物小麦秸秆利用率,用NaOH降解的小麦秸秆制备了生物质型煤黏结剂。通过正交实验,制备不同实验条件下的型煤黏结剂,并测定所制型煤的抗压强度,得到型煤黏结剂的最佳制备条件:固水比1∶30,Na OH质量分数为4%,反应温度为90℃,恒温水浴中加热4 h,固硫剂添加量为1.0 g。在此条件下制备的黏结剂中添加质量分数2%聚乙烯醇,经过型煤抗压强度测试,结果显示:添加聚乙烯醇后,黏结剂抗压强度提高;所制型煤的灰分7.1%~8.4%,挥发分27.1%~28.4%,黏结指数10.835~11.796,弹筒发热量28.453 MJ/kg~30.589 MJ/kg。 In order to improve the combustion performance of briquette and improve the utilization rate of crop straw, the biomass coal binder was prepared with NaOH degraded wheat straw. Through orthogonal experiments, the briquette binders under different experimental conditions were prepared. By measuring the briquette compressive strength, the best preparation conditions for briquette binders were obtained: the water solid ratio was 1: 30, and the NaOH mass fraction was 4%, the reaction temperature was 90 ℃, heating 4 h in a constant temperature water bath, and adding 1 g of sulfur fixing agent. Under this condition, the binder was prepared and polyvinyl alcohol with 2% mass fraction was added. After the strength test of the briquette, the results showed that the compressive strength of the binder was increased after the polyvinyl alcohol was added. The briquette produced had ash content of 7.1%-8.4% and volatile content of 27.1%-28.4%, the caking index was 10.835-11.796, and the calorific value was 28.453 MJ/kg-30.589 MJ/kg.
