摘要
利用正交设计法研究纸浆黑液经化学改性制气化型煤黏结剂的工艺技术条件,结果表明:1 000mL纸浆黑液(固体质量分数45%)与80mL有机试剂A在80℃下恒温反应2h,然后升温至95℃,加入30mL有机试剂B,恒温反应1h;最后加入50g无机试剂M,充分搅拌0.5h,得到性能优良的纸浆黑液气化型煤黏结剂。用该黏结剂生产型煤,其抗压强度、落下强度、热稳定性分别为96kg/球、96%、95%,并具有良好的防水性能,完全达到了气化型煤的质量要求。
The lignin-based gasifying briquettes binder was prepared through chemical modification of the black liquor from the alkali pulping process. The technical condition was obtained from orthogonal design.1 000mL black liquor with 45% of solid first reacts with 80mL organic reagent A for 2 hours at 80℃, then heated to 95℃ and modified with 30mL organic reagent B for 1 hour; finally the modified product was mixed with 50g inorganic reagent M and stirred for 0.5 hour. The good quality binder was thus obtained. The compressive strength, falling resistance and heat endurance of the resultant briquettes were greatly improved, which reached 96kg/briquette, 96% and 95%, respectively. Moreover, its water resistance also increased obviously. The quality parameters of resultant briquettes were in agreement with that of gasifying briquettes.
