摘要
运用文献资料法、实地调查法、质性研究法对深圳比麟堂醒狮组织发展过程中人才、资本、运营等要素进行了系统考察,发现深圳比麟堂与传统民间舞狮组织之间存在明显差别:深圳比麟堂更倾向于体育化、竞技化;通过引进人才,参加高规格的专业竞赛并积极借助媒体传播,提升知名度,打造品牌,是深圳比麟堂成功的重要路径。这种路径为新时代传统体育的发展提供了可借鉴的范式。
The talents, capital, operation in the developing process of SHENZHEN BILINTANG Lion Dance organization were studied by using literature method, the field investigation method, qualitative research in this paper. There are some differences between SHENZHEN BILINTANG and traditional folk Lion Dance organization. SHENZHEN BILINTANG is more inclined to sports and competition than others organization. It’s a successful path for BILINTANG that they build brand and popularity by the introduction of talents, match high specifications participation, and by means media communication. This path provides referential paradigm to the development of traditional sport in new era.
