摘要
为实现复合式TBM(全断面硬岩掘进机)和盾构刮刀磨损的实时监测,研发一种新型刮刀磨损实时监测系统。系统由磨损感知模块、数据读取及发送模块、无线接收网关、上位机软件4个部分组成。其中磨损感知模块由14个等阻值耐高温碳膜电阻并联组成,为该系统的核心。系统通过贴合于试验刀具表面的磨损感知模块实时感知刮刀的磨损量,并由数据读取及发送模块将信号发出,经无线网关接收数据后传送至上位机软件。根据理论推导提出刮刀磨损量监测计算公式,并进行室内验证试验,试验结果表明:刮刀磨损感知模块在磨损过程中信号稳定且不失真,磨损量误差控制在1 mm以内,室内环境下无线传输距离达30 m。监测系统能实现刮刀磨损的实时监测,具有较高的精度,对复合式TBM和盾构刮刀磨损实时监测工程难题的解决起到了推动作用。
In order to realize on-line real-time monitoring of full-face TBM and shield scraper wear, a new real-time monitoring system of scraper wear was developed. The system is composed of four parts: wear sensing module, data reading and sending module, wireless receiving gateway and machine software. The wear sensing module is the core of the system. The wear sensing module at the surface of the scraper can sense wear in real time, the data reading and sending module transfer signal to the wireless receiving gateway, and then send the data to the host computer software. In addition, the indoor calibration test was carried out, and the formula for monitoring the wear of scraper was proposed according to the test results. The tool wear test platform was used to verify the feasibility test. The experimental results show that the scraper wear sensing module is stable and not distorted in muddy environment under the protection of epoxy glue. The wear amount error is controlled within 1mm, and the indoor wireless transmission distance is up to 30m. The monitoring system can realize the real-time monitoring of blade wear with high accuracy, and can effectively solve the TBM and shield scraper wear real-time monitoring of engineering problems.
