摘要
为提升油田管道焊接质量,利用信息技术将管道施工中的焊工、管道焊缝、焊口无损检测等信息一一对应记录在所开发系统中,系统自动生成焊工信息二维码、焊缝信息二维码,自动汇总评价焊接质量并对焊工进行动态评级,为建设单位、管理单位提供了快速的焊工身份核实手段,实现了焊接质量责任追溯与焊工焊接水平的科学评价,倒逼焊工提高质量责任意识。
In order to improve the welding quality of oilfield pipelines,the information of welders,welds and non-destructive testing in pipeline construction are recorded in the developed system by using information technology.The system automatically generates the two-dimensional codes of welder information and weld information,automatically evaluates the quality of welds and the dynamical grade of welders,which provides rapid worker identity verification,the traceability of welding quality responsibility and the scientific evaluation of welder's welding level for construction units and management units so as to improve welder's quality consciousness.
