摘要
针对当前军品质量监督工作中缺乏有效管理和技术方法的问题,分析了军品质量问题致因模式,构建了追溯分析框架与模型,提出了基于认知可靠性和失误分析方法(Cognitive Retiabity and Error Anatysis Method,CREAM)的根原因追溯方法,并运用二元语义法对根原因进行了评估,为有针对性地制定纠正措施和防范策略提供指导,提高了军品质量监督工作的主动性和预见性。
Aiming at the problem of being short of effective measures in management and technology during the work of military products quality supervision,this paper analyses causation mode and sets up a retrospective analysis model,which is made up of a method for searching the root cause based on Cognitive Reliability and Error Analysis Method（ CREAM） and an optimized way of assessment on the basis of two-tuple semantics. It is guidance on proposing corrective measures and preventive strategies. Meanwhile,the results are significant to strengthen the level of initiative and foresee capability for military products quality supervision.
