摘要
测定了不同产地女贞子样本中Fe、Cr、Zn、Ca、Na、K、Mn、Cu、Mg和齐墩果酸的含量及近红外光谱(NIR)数据.采用离散小波变换(DWT)处理近红外光谱(NIR)数据并压缩为DWT-NIR数据.基于测定数据分析各数据之间的相关性,并采用主成分分析(PCA)和聚类分析(CA)方法,探讨女贞子样本品质的评价方法.结果表明:齐墩果酸的含量与Ca、Fe、K、Zn、Mn、Na等金属离子的含量具有一定的相关性;NIR的强度与金属离子、齐墩果酸的含量则具有很明显的相关性.主成分分析(PCA)的排序结果与女贞子样本中齐墩果酸的含量顺序较为一致;聚类分析(CA)的结果与齐墩果酸的含量分布也十分吻合.研究结果为基于NIR技术快速评价女贞子样本提供了理论依据和参考方法.
The content of metal elements such as Fe,Cr,Zn,Ca,Na,K,Mn,Cu,Mg and oleanolic acid in the Ligustrum lucidum fruits from different origin were measured.Subsequently,the near-infrared spectrum(NIR)of the samples of the L.lucidum fruit were measured,and the noise and background in the data were processed by discrete wavelet transform(DWT).The metal elements content,oleanolic acid content,NIR and DWT-NIR data of the samples of the L.lucidum fruit were analyzed by principal component analysis(PCA)and cluster analysis(CA)methods,and the correlation between these data to explore methods was studied for evaluating the quality of L.lucidum fruit.The results showed that the content of oleanolic acid has a certain correlation with the content of metal ions,such as Ca,Fe,K,Zn,Mn and Na;The intensity of NIR has a significant correlation with the content of metal ions and oleanolic acid.The ranking results of DWT-NIR data processed by PCA are consistent with the order of the oleanolic acid content in the samples of L.lucidum fruit;The distribution of the NIR data processed by CA is consistent with the distribution of oleanolic acid content.The results provide a theoretical basis and reference method for rapid evaluation of L.lucidum samples based on NIR technology.
