摘要
围填海是人类开发利用海洋的主要方式,为沿海经济发展提供了发展空间,因此对围填海活动的监管也提出了新要求。近年来,无人机机载合成孔径雷达(SAR)技术发展迅速,成为全天时、全天候数据获取的重要手段,开展无人机机载MiniSAR在围填海监测中的应用研究,将有效拓展围填海监测手段,本文集成构建了无人机MiniSAR系统,利用该系统开展了海南省海花岛周边海域的监测应用,验证了其在围填海监测应用中的适用性。
Reclamation of the sea is a main way for mankind to develop and utilize the sea,providing space for the development of coastal economy and putting forward new requirements for the supervision of sea reclamation activities. In recent years,UAV airborne Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) technology has developed rapidly and become an important means of data acquisition in all-day and all-weather. Carrying out the research on application of UAV airborne MiniSAR will effectively expand the means of sea reclamation monitoring. In this paper,through the integration of UAV airborne MiniSAR system,we carried out the monitoring application of the sea area around Haihua Island in Hainan Province,and verified its applicability in sea reclamation monitoring.
