摘要
结合金凤220 kV变电站1号主变C相中压套管发热问题的案例,介绍了该台主变高压套管发热问题的原因与处理过程。通过对高压套管的解体及红外热成像检测的综合分析,确定了造成高压套管发热及最初影响检修人员对发热部位误判的原因,对此类问题的分析与处理提出了具体的建议,可提高运行设备的可靠性。
Combining with the case of medium voltage bushing of phase C No.1 main substation for Jinfeng 220 kV substation,the causes and treatment process were introduced.By the comprehensive analysis of the high voltage bushing disassembling and infrared thermal imaging test,the causes were confirmed that the high voltage bushing heating and the initial influence on the heating place judgement by the operators,and the concrete suggestions were proposed for the treatment to improve the reliability of the operating equipment.
