光声光谱检测变压器油中气体的共振光声池研究 被引量:5

摘要 气体光声光谱技术是一种新型的微量气体检测技术,能很好地应用于变压器油中溶解气体检测。光声池是光声光谱监测系统中的核心部分,是表征系统灵敏度的重要因素。笔者模拟分析了气体光声信号分布及谐振腔几何尺寸与表征光声池性能的特性参数的量化关系,设计制作了两个不同几何结构参数的共振光声池,实验研究了光声池响应特性,实验结果比较得出谐振腔长120 mm、半径3 mm的不锈钢光声池表现出比较优越的气体响应性能,并对变压器油中溶解的主要特征气体C2H2进行了光声探测。理论与实验结果为气体光声光谱在线监测系统的完善及高灵敏度光声池的优化设计提供了技术支持与理论参考。 Photoacoustic spectroscopy (PAS) is a new method for trace gas detection, and it can be well applied to detection of dissolved gases in transformer oil. Photoacoustie cell (PA cell) is the core of the PAS monitoring system, which can reflect the system sensitivity effectively. In this study, the photoacoustie signal distribution of gas and the quantitative relationship between the characteristic parameters of PA eell performance were simulated. Two PA parameters of resonance were designed to investingate resonator geometry and the cells with different response characteristics of geometric PA cell experimentally, and the results show that when the resonator is 120 mm in length and 3 mm in radius, the PA cell made of stainless steel exhibits better gas response performance. The stainless steel resonant PA cell was used in acetylene gas detection. The theoretieal and experimental results obtained in this study may support further improvement of on-line PAS gas monitoring system and optimum design of PA eell with high sensitivity.
