摘要
为明确香料植物薰衣草在云南省的利用价值,通过蒸溜法对从国外引进的7个薰衣草品种(优雅冰雪、法国蓝、莱文丝、优雅雪白、优雅紫色、优雅天蓝色和迷你蓝)的精油进行了提取,并对各品种的精油成分进行测定。结果表明,供试的7个薰衣草品种精油含量在0.289%～1.522%,优雅冰雪、法国蓝、莱文丝、优雅雪白、优雅紫色、优雅天蓝色和迷你蓝精油含量分别为0.632%,1.225%,0.289%,1.522%,0.767%,0.581%和0.356%,精油含量按高低依次排序为优雅雪白>法国蓝>优雅紫色>优雅冰雪>优雅天蓝色>迷你蓝>莱文丝;对7个薰衣草品种精油的成分进行测定,均检出14种不同成分,其中,精油主要成分(特征成分)芳樟醇和乙酸芳樟酯的总含量超过70%的精油为优雅冰雪,介于60%～70%的为优雅雪白、法国蓝、莱文丝,介于50%～60%的为优雅紫色和迷你蓝,最低的为优雅天蓝色,仅43.75%;精油中的12种次主要成分在不同薰衣草品种中的含量并不相同,可利用此特性进行精油的调配。研究结果表明,优雅雪白适宜作为精油型品种,其精油全成分中含有48种不同的成分。
To definite the utilization value of Lavandula angustifolia in Yunnan province,the compositions of essential oil were extracted by distillation from seven introduced varieties of Lavandula angustifolia,and the composition of essential oil were measured by GC-MS.The results showed that the essential oil yield were 0.289%-1.522% among seven varieties,the essential oil yield of Lavandula Ellagance Ice,French Blue,Lavanduia angustifolia Lavance,Lavandula Ellagance Snow,Lavandula Ellagance Purple,Lavandula Ellagance Sky and Lavandula Mini Blue were 0.632%,1.225%,0.289%,1.522%,0.767%,0.581% and 0.356%,respectively.The essential oil content was ranked by high and low as follows:Lavandula Ellagance Snow>French Blue>Lavandula Ellagance Purple>Lavandula Ellagance Ice>Lavandula Ellagance Sky>Lavandula Mini Blue>Lavanduia angustifolia Lavance.Seven samples of lavender essential oil were analysed by GC-MS,and detected 14 components,among of them,total of major components of linalool and linalyl acetate were more than 70% in essential oil from Lavandula Ellagance Ice,between 60% to 70% in essential oil from Lavandula Ellagance Snow,French Blue and Lavanduia angustifolia Lavance,while between 50% to 60% in essential oil from Lavandula Ellagance Purple and Lavandula Mini Blue.The content of the 12 minor components were different in each essential oil,which could be used for the deployment of oil.The results show that the Lavandula Ellagance Snow can be employed to produce essential oil,and the essential oil contains 48 components.
