抗苗勒管激素与抑制素B对多囊卵巢综合征的临床预测价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析抗苗勒管激素(AMH)与抑制素B(INHB)对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床预测价值。方法:选取60例患者为观察组,60名健康体检志愿者为对照组。测量研究者的身高、体重、INHB、AMH、促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T),将两组的血清INHB、AMH质量浓度、内分泌指标特点进行比较分析。结果:LH、T、AMH质量浓度、BMI相比,观察组高于对照组,观察组E2、FSH/LH比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组INHB质量浓度高于对照组,FSH比对照组低(P>0.05)。PCOS采用AMH和INHB两者联合预测比单独预测的敏感度要高90.29%,特异度要低54.92%。结论:PCOS采用AMH和INHB两者联合预测敏感度高于单独预测,值得推广应用。
