摘要 该文聚焦教师教研能力对教师专业发展的影响,构建了小学教师教研能力层次结构——课例研修力、课例设计力、课题研究力、课题研发力。教研能力的四个层次分别对应着学会、教好、专业、卓越的四个教育教学实践能力层级。各层次能力的形成载体——课例资料汇编、教研小论文、系列论文、专著,既是判断教研能力的明确标准,也是提升教研能力的有力抓手。 Focusing on the influence of teachers'teaching and research ability on their professional development,this paper constructs the hierarchical structure of primary school teachers'teaching and research ability,such as the study strength,the case design ability,the subject research ability,and the development ability.The four levels of teaching and research ability correspond to the practical ability of education and teaching:learning,teaching,specialty and excellence.The carrier of ability formation at all levels,namely the compilation of lesson data,teaching and research papers,series papers and monographs,is not only a clear criterion for judging teaching and research ability,but also a powerful method for improving teaching and research ability.
