摘要
为确保城镇职工医保基金安全,需切实有效措施控制公立医院医疗费用不合理增长,某县医院采取一系列措施加强控费:将职工医保住院次均费用考核标准下达至各科室,且纳入各临床科室绩效考核;要求临床医生在收治住院患者时,严格掌握出入院指征和标准;大力推进临床路径实施工作,制定程序化、标准化的诊疗计划等,通过对样本县2012-2016年城镇职工医保相关数据分析,表明有力地控制了城镇职工医保住院统筹基金增长的势头。
In order to effectively control the unreasonable growth of medical expenses in public hospitals and ensure the safety of urban workers'medical insurance funds,the assessment criteria for the average cost of hospitalized medical insurance for hospitals shall be assigned to all departments,and shall be included in the performance appraisal of each clinical department;the clinicians shall be admitted to hospital for admission.When patients are in strict control of admission indications and standards;vigorously promote the implementation of clinical pathways,develop a series of measures such as programmatic and standardized diagnosis and treatment plans,through the analysis of data on urban workers'medical insurance in the sample counties from 2012 to 2016,the growth of urban workers'medical insurance hospitalization fund has been effectively controlled.
