摘要
目的:探讨职工基本医疗保险实施信息化监测管理的效果。方法:抽查100份职工基本医疗病历信息为观察组,统计、分析医生医保处方费用支出监测管理。同时选择未使用医保费用控制管理模块系统100份职工基本医疗病历信息为对照组。结果:观察组查阅资料时间<5 min,信息反馈时间<30 min;对照组查阅资料时间>2 h,信息反馈时间≥30 d(P<0.05)。观察组参保人员满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施信息化监测管理能够随时掌握职工基本医疗保险费用支出情况,控制不合理检查和费用的超支,有利于对临床医生的及时监管。
Objective：To explore the effect of information monitoring and management on the implementation of basic medical insurance for workers.Methods：We checked 100 cases of the basic medical record information of the workers,and analyzed the supervision and management of the medical insurance prescription expenses.At the same time,the medical insurance cost control management module system was selected and 100 basic medical records information were selected.Results：The data access time of the observation group〈5 min,the feedback time〈30 min,the data access time of the control group〉2 h,the feedback time〉30 d（P〈0.05）;the observation group satisfaction rate of the participants was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of information monitoring and management can keep the basic medical insurance expenditure of employees at any time,control unreasonable inspection and cost overruns,which is conducive to timely supervision of clinicians.
