摘要
长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在多种人类肿瘤中发挥着重要作用。FEZF1-AS1作为一个新发现的lncRNA在结直肠癌、胃癌、肝癌等中高表达。异常表达的FEZF1-AS1与患者的临床特征密切相关,并且能够通过不同的机制调控肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭转移,可能成为肿瘤诊断和治疗的潜在靶点。文章就FEZF1-AS1在肿瘤发生发展中的功能及潜在的分子机制作一综述。
Long-chain non-coding RNA(lncRNA) plays an important role in many human tumors. As a newly discovered lncRNA, FEZF1 AS1 is highly expressed in colorectal cancer, gastric cancer and liver cancer. Abnormal expression of FEZFI AS1 is closely related to the clinical characteristics of patients, and can regulate the proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis of cancer cells through different mechanisms,which may become a potential target for cancer diagnosis and treatment. This article reviews the function and potential molecular mechanism of FEZF1 AS1 in tumorigenesis and development.
