摘要 滚筒是绞车的重要承载部件,它的强度对绞车乃至整个钻机的安全可靠性都至关重要。由于滚筒通过钢丝绳多层缠绕传递拉力,滚筒的受力情况比较复杂,通过理论计算对滚筒进行设计与分析,再与滚筒ANSYS综合分析的结果进行比较,准确地把握滚筒工作时的应力分布状态以及危险情况,分析各因素对滚筒应力的影响,为滚筒的改进设计提供参考。 Drawworks drum is an important load-bearing part.Its strength is critical to the safety and reliability of the drawworks and the entire rig.Because the drum transmits the pulling force through the multi-layer winding of the wire rope,the stress on the drum is complicated.The drum is designed and analyzed through theoretical calculation,and then compared with the results of the comprehensive analysis of the drum ANSYS.We need ti accurately grasp the stress distribution state of the drum during operation and the dangerous situation,analyze the influence of various factors on the drum stress,and provide reference for the improved design of the drum.
