摘要
基于储能云平台架构,考虑未来客户侧广泛配置储能装置以及电动汽车规模化应用。研制客户侧储能即插即用装置和互联网化的储能云平台,构建适合普通客户的灵活互动的智能用电新模式。在感知电网负荷的基础上,针对分布式储能装置运行状态及使用寿命,选取综合最优控制方案,降低客户侧储能装置运行成本。最后通过苏州客户侧分布式储能示范项目验证系统以及控制策略的有效性。
This paper develops the plug and play device for customer side energy storage and the internet-based energy storage cloud platform,so as to build a new intelligent power consumption mode with flexible interaction suitable for ordinary customers.Based on the network load,and according to the operating status and service life of the distributed energy storage,it selects the optimal integrated control scheme to reduce the operating cost of customer side energy storage.Finally,a demonstration project verified the effectiveness of the system and its control strategy.
