摘要
以项目投资回收期作为DSM方案的评价目标,以空调蓄冷这类常用的DSM方案为例进行了详细的成本效益分析,对各种不确定性因素变化对设备投资回收期的影响进行了灵敏度分析,结果显示,空调蓄冷DSM方案是可行的。
Taking device payoff period as the DSM evaluation object, this paper addresses detailed cost-benefit analysis of air conditioner cycling DSM scheme. Cost-benefit sensitivities with various uncertain factors and payoff period are studied, demonstrating the air conditioner cycling DSM scheme is feasible.
