径流污染对2种地被植物叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶活性的影响

摘要 马蔺和鸢尾是天津地区常见的地被植物,具有很好的污染物去除效果。为了进一步了解这2种植物在逆境条件下的生理响应,采用生物滞留柱模拟试验的方法,对道路地表径流和自来水浇灌条件下马蔺和鸢尾叶片叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶活性的变化进行研究,进而比较2种植物的抗逆性。结果表明,地表径流浇灌的马蔺、鸢尾叶片叶绿素含量分别为1.39mg/g、1.11mg/g,自来水浇灌的马蔺、鸢尾叶片叶绿素含量分别为1.69mg/g、1.32mg/g;地表径流浇灌的马蔺、鸢尾过氧化物酶活性分别为80.05U/(min·g)、59.28U/(min·g),自来水浇灌的马蔺、鸢尾过氧化物酶活性分别为88.92U/(min·g)、84.10U/(min·g);相比自来水浇灌条件,地表径流水降低了2种植物的叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶活性,对鸢尾叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶活性的影响作用较大,对马蔺影响不明显。 Iris lactea var.chinensis and Iris tectorum are two common groundcover plants in TianJin region.Studies have shown that these two kinds of plants had very good pollutant removal efficiency.In order to further study physiological responses of thees two plants in under adversity condition,this study measured the changes in marin and flag leaf's chlorophyll content and peroxidase activity under the condition of road surface runoff and water irrigation,using the method of biological stranded column simulation experiment.This study compared the different resistances of these two kinds plantin in order to provide scientific guidance for the rainwater garden plantation.The results showed that leaf chlorophyll contents of Iris lactea var.chinensis and Iris tectorum irrigated by surface runoff water were 1.39 mg/g and 1.11 mg/g;leaf chlorophyll contents of Iris lactea var.chinensis and Iris tectorum irrigated by the tap water were 1.69 mg/g and 1.32 mg/g.The changes of peroxidase activity Iris lactea var.chinensis and Iris tectorum irrigated by surface runoff water were 80.05 U/(min·g)and 59.28 U/(min·g);the changes of peroxidase activity Iris lactea var.chinensis and Iris tectorum irrigated by the tap water were 88.92 U/(min·g)and 84.10 U/(min·g).Compared with the tap water conditions,surface runoff water reduced the chlorophyll content of these two plants,and its effect on the chlorophyll content of Iris tectorum was stronger,but the influence on Iris lactea var.chinensis was not significant;surface runoff water reduced the peroxidase activity of these two plants,and its effect on the content of Iris tectorum peroxidase was extremely obvious,but the effect on Iris lactea var.chinensis was not significant.
