摘要
城市河道绿地是整个城市生态网络的重要构成元素和城市雨水循环的重要环节。我国很多地区存在严重的城市内涝问题,如何在低影响开发背景下对城市河道绿地进行可持续更新改造是近年来的研究热点和难点之一。文章以低影响开发背景下的城市河道绿地雨水利用的非物质更新为研究对象,从大众普及教育、法规管理监督和人文美学营造三个方面探讨了非物质更新对策,为城市河道绿地雨水利用和可持续发展提供启示和借鉴。
Urban riverine green space is an important component of the urban ecological network, and an important part of urban rainwater circulation. There are urban inland inundations in many places of China, and thus how to carry out sustainable renewed transformation towards urban riverine green space under a low- impact developmental background has become a hot spot and difficulty of research. With the non- material renewed strategies about the rainwater utilization of urban riverine green space under the background of low-impact development as its research object, this paper will discuss the non-material renewed strategies from three aspects, the public universal education, the supervision of laws and regulations, and the creation of cultural aesthetics, so as to bring some suggestions and references to the rainwater utilization and sustainable development of urban riverine green space.
