摘要
目的:探究下肢静脉曲张患者采取中医体质辨证施护对住院情况及满意度的影响。方法:选择2017年1月-9月期间在我院治疗的40例下肢静脉曲张患者作为对照组,选择2017年10月-2018年6月期间在我院治疗的40例下肢静脉曲张患者作为观察组,对照组采取常规护理,基于此,观察组采取中医体质辨证施护,比较两组住院情况与护理满意度。结果:观察组住院时间与住院费用均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组护理满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医体质辨证护理干预下肢静脉曲张患者,能够提高护理质量,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,增加护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of TCM constitution differentiation nursing on hospitalization and satisfaction of patients with varicose veins of lower limbs.Methods:40 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity were selected as control group from January to September 2017,40 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity from October 2017 to June 2018 were selected as observation group,and the control group was given routine nursing.Based on this,the observation group was given TCM constitution differentiation nursing,and the two groups were compared.Hospitalization and nursing satisfaction.Results:The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention on varicose veins of lower extremities by TCM constitution differentiation can improve nursing quality,shorten hospitalization time,reduce hospitalization expenses and increase nursing satisfaction.
