摘要
目的评价葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)试剂盒是否可应用于临床检测。方法对试剂盒的正确度、灵敏度、参考区间和抗干扰能力进行性能验证。结果试剂盒正确度符合要求。灵敏度为1.03。胆红素<400μmol/L,抗坏血酸<3 g/L,血红蛋白<3 g/L对检测结果无影响。结论 G6PD试剂盒的性能参数符合厂家声明,可以应用于临床检测工作。
Objective To evaluate whether the G6PD kit can be used in clinical detection.Methods The accuracy,sensitivity,reference range and anti-interference ability of the kit were verified.Results The accuracy of the kit met the requirements.The sensitivity was 1.03.Bilirubin<400 μmol/L,ascorbic acid<3 g/L and hemoglobin<3 g/L had no effect on the results.Conclusion The performance parameters of G6PD kit conform to the manufacturer's statement and can be used in clinical detection.
