摘要
通过中国知网查询关于我国改革开放四十年学校体育管理的核心期刊相关文献,采用内容分析法对所查阅的文献进行全面的分析,归纳总结我国学校体育管理的具体情况与存在问题,遵循相关管理理论,从宏观(管理理念、发展战略、体制现状、管理模式)、中观(体育教学管理、业余训练与竞赛、课外体育活动的管理手段和方法)、微观(组织系统、人才培养、场地器材及经费、体育档案资料)三个层面,深入剖析改革开放以来我国学校体育管理的发展趋势,旨在促进学校体育教学工作与学校体育活动顺利进行,积极推动我国学校体育管理的快速发展。
By consulting to CNKI for core journals about school sports management during the forty years of reform and opening-up,this paper adopts content analysis method to comprehensive analyze the consult literature,and summarize the specific condition and existing problems on school sports management.Following the relevant management theory,the paper makes in-depth analysis of the management of school physical education in China since the reform and opening-up from the macroscopic(management concept,development strategy,system present situation,and management mode),medium(physical education teaching management,amateur training and competition,and management means and methods of the extracurricular sports activities)and micro(organizational system,personnel training,site and equipment and funds,and sports documents)levels.The aim of the study is to promote the smooth operation of school sports teaching work and school sports activities,as well as the rapid development of Chinese school sports management
