摘要
介绍主缆索股钢丝镀层的技术要求,锌铝合金镀层比纯锌镀层具有较高的耐腐蚀性能,为验证高强度悬索桥用锌铝合金镀层钢丝主缆索股的耐腐蚀性能,对镀层钢丝索股进行盐雾试验。给出试验过程中不同观测时间的试样表面形貌、缠绕试验观测结果及试样失重数据。结果表明,在同等试验条件下,镀锌钢丝镀层失重比是锌铝合金镀层钢丝镀层失重比的2.0~2.5倍。
To introduce technical requirements of main cable steel wire coat.The anti-corrosion property of Zn-Al alloy coat is better than that of zinc coat.In order to verify the anti-corrosion property of Zn-Al alloy coat steel wire main cable for high strength suspension bridge,coating steel wire cable was salt spray tested.The specimen surface pattern,observation result of winding test and specimen mass loss data of different observing time in test process were given.Results show that the coat mass loss of zinc coating steel wire is that of Zn-Al alloy coat steel wire 2.0 ~2.5 times in the same test condition.
