摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜分析比较了在实际生产线上生产的钢丝热浸镀纯锌和一种新创工艺生产的称之为单镀Galfan合金的显微组织,并对两种产品的耐腐蚀性能和镀前镀后钢丝的抗拉性能做了对比试验。结果表明:实际生产线上生产的钢丝镀纯锌和单镀Galfan合金镀层的显微组织具有明显的差异,前者是双层结构,而后者无论是二次电子图片还是背散射图片均为一层结构;Galfan合金镀层微观结构是其耐腐蚀性优良的重要原因。单镀Galfan合金的钢丝耐腐蚀性能优于镀纯锌钢丝,并且单镀Galfan合金对钢丝基体抗拉性能影响小。
The microstructure of a galvanized and a new one step Galfan coating on steel wire, both of which was taken by mass prodution line ,was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Moreover,the anticorrosion and tensile properties of original and hot-dipped steel wire were also compored. The results show that the microstructure of them is very different. The coating of galvanized wire presents two layers while the Galfan shows only one through secondary electron image and backscattered electron figures. The Galfan coating shows better corrosion resistance than the galvanized one,the hot-dipping Galfan coating shows less effect on the tensile performane of the substrate as well.
