摘要
简述煤焦中硫含量测定的方法原理及操作步骤,从试样量、流量计流量、电解液体积等方面讨论测定煤焦硫含量的影响因素,通过实验对比以寻求保证硫含量精确度的最佳方法,即通过实验确定试样量约50mg左右、流量计流量一般保持在1 000mL/min,并需定期清洗电解池及电极片、及时更换变色硅胶及电解液。
This paper introduced the method principles and operating procedures of sulfur content determination in coal and coke,from aspects such as sample amount,flow meter flow and electrolyte volume,the influencing factors of sulfur content determination were discussed,through the experimental comparison,the best method to ensure the sulfur content precision was researched,that was to say,the sample weight was determined to be 50 mg,and the flow meter flow was maintained normally at 1 000 mL/min,in addition,the electrolysis cell and electrode sheet were required to be washed,and the color changing silica gel and electrolyte were required to be changed in time as well.
