摘要
介绍了红外吸收测定煤中全硫的方法、原理以及与其它方法的比较。煤样在高温的氧气流中充分燃烧,试样中各种形态的硫分解出来生成二氧化硫和少量三氧化硫,由红外检测器将气体浓度转换成电压信号进行检测。本文采用国产的红外测硫仪测定煤中全硫,试验结果表明准确度和精密度符合监测要求;与化学方法相比较,该方法快捷简单、快速、分析精度高。
This paper introduced the infrared absorption method, the principle and the comparison with other methods for the determination of the total sulfur in coal. Coal combusts in high - temperature flow of oxygen, and various forms of sulfur in the samples are generated into sulfur dioxide and a small amount of sulfur trioxide ; when the infrared detector converts gas concentration to voltage signal, we can detect. In this paper, the determination of total sulfur in coal had been investigated with the domestic sulfur IR - measuring instrument and the test results showed that the accuracy and precision of this method conformed to the monitoring requirements. Compared with the chemical methods, this method is simple, rapid and highly perceptive.
