摘要 综述了煤焦油表征评价中常用的一般物化性质分析、贮运性质分析、腐蚀性分析、组成分析等方法的测定意义及基本原理,重点阐述了对煤焦油及馏分油进行水分、密度、元素、热值、灰分、金属元素等物化性质分析、贮运性质(闪点、黏度、凝点)分析、腐蚀性(酸性组分、酸值、总氯)分析以及烃组成、酚类化合物、萘类化合物、甲苯不溶物等组成分析时应注意的测定事项,同时简要介绍了煤焦油的组分分离及分子层面鉴定方法。总结煤焦油及馏分油的主要分析指标的测试方法及其测定注意事项,以期为煤焦油的分析评价工作及建立适合煤焦油的成套分析评价方法奠定基础。 This paper demonstrated the determination meaning and basic principles of normal physicochemical property analysis,storage and transportation property analysis,corrosion analysis and composition analysis in coal tar characterization and evaluation,and analyzed the notices of some analysis and determinations for coal tar and distillate oil such as physicochemical properties analysis(moisture content,density,elements,calorific value,ash,metal elements),storage and transportation properties(flash point,viscosity,freezing point),corrosion properties(acidic components,acid value,total chlorine)analysis,composition analysis(hydrocarbon composition,phenolic compounds,naphthalene compounds,toluene insolubles),meanwhile,the component separation and molecular level identification method of coal tar were introduced.The testing method of main analysis indicators and testing notice of coal tar and distillate oil were summarized,therefore,the basis of analysis and evaluation of coal tar and the establishment of systematic analysis method of coal tar was settled.
