摘要
提出了一种适用于变截面钢板弹簧等的疲劳寿命分析评价方法。基于Timoshenko梁理论提出一种简化分析模型,快速求解变截面钢板弹簧弯曲簧片和平直簧片在不同载荷工况下的弯曲应力。通过算例与ANSYS计算结果进行对比,验证了所提计算模型的准确性。基于名义应力法和Miner损伤累计理论对钢板弹簧疲劳热点进行疲劳寿命预测,得出交变载荷下的等寿命值曲线图,经对比与有限元分析的相关结论吻合较好,验证了本文所述方法的有效性。
A fatigue reliability analysis method was proposed for taper leaf springs with constant fatigue life.Based on the Timoshenko beam theory,a simplified model was presented and the bending stress of both the curved and straight leaf springs can be easily determined under different load conditions.The ANSYS FEA results were in agreement with those of the analytical model.The fatigue life prediction of the leaf spring was carried out by using the nominal stress method and the Miner’s damage accumulation theory.The proposed model could be used to generate the constant fatigue life diagram that predicts the required mean and alternating loads for a desired fatigue life.The fatigue life results of FEA simulation agree well with the diagram which verifies the validity of the method.
