摘要
以往研究主要关注民营企业常见的数量对区域经济发展的影响,而这样的研究忽略了民营企业创建过程中实体资本与人力资本的积累所带来的集群效应。文章基于Lucas的经济增长理论,构建了基于实体资本与人力资本积累的民营企业成长函数模型,并利用东北三省统计年鉴数据分析了民营企业创建的集群效应。结果表明,民营企业创建过程中的实体资本与人力资本的积累均有助于区域经济的快速发展,这对于民营企业在创建中如何积累实体资本与人力资本有一定的借鉴意义,也对政府制定切实可行的政策来驱动民营企业的创建与聚集具有可借鉴的意义。
Previous studies mainly focused on the effect of the creation number of private enterprises on regional economic development,but such studies neglected the cluster effect brought by the accumulation of physical capital and human capital in the process of the establishment of private enterprises.Based on Lucas's economic growth theory,this paper constructs a growth function model of private enterprises based on the accumulation of physical capital and human capital,and uses the statistical yearbook data of three northeastern provinces to analyze the cluster effect created by private enterprises.The results show that the accumulation of physical capital and human capital in the process of establishing private enterprises is conducive to the rapid development of regional economy,which has a certain reference significance for how to accumulate physical capital and human capital in the process of establishing private enterprises,and also for the government to formulate practical policies to drive the establishment and aggregation of private enterprises.
