共享经济市场演进逻辑:结构、效率与驱动力——基于共享出行市场的理论与案例研究 被引量:11

The Evolutionary Logic of Sharing Economy Market:Structure,Efficiency and Driving Force——Theoretical and Case Studies Based on Shared Trip Market

摘要 文章基于共享经济市场结构演进的三个典型阶段,分析了不同市场结构下技术赋能、用户规模与市场效率之间的内在关系,并对"滴滴出行""、快的打车"和"Uber中国"之间的动态竞合过程进行案例分析。研究发现:在起步阶段,市场处于局部垄断状态,平台企业技术赋能的增加有利于提高共享经济市场效率;在发展阶段,市场进入竞争状态,平台企业间扩张用户规模的竞争将提升市场效率;在成熟阶段,平台间并购而形成"竞争性垄断"市场结构,此时市场效率可能再次得到提升。同时,技术赋能对市场效率具有"优化"和"挖掘"的双重效应,而用户规模则对市场效率产生了"正负"两方面的外部性影响。 Drawing upon the three typical stages of sharing economy market structure,the paper analyzes the intrinsic relation. ship among technical empowerment,user scale and market efficiency in different market structures,and conducts case studies on the dynamic competition and cooperation process between“DiDi Chuxing”,“KuaiDi Dache”and“Uber China”. The study finds that: In the incipient stage,the market is in a state of partial monopoly,and the increase of technical empowerment of plat. form enterprises is conducive to improving the efficiency of sharing economy market;In the development stage,with the market entry into a competitive state,the competition of expanding the scale of users among platform enterprises promotes the market efficiency. In the mature stage,the market structure of“competitive monopoly”is formed by M&A among platforms and the mar. ket efficiency may be enhanced again. Meanwhile,technical empowerment exerts the dual effects of“optimization”and“exca. vation”on market efficiency,whereas user scale has“both positive and negative”external impacts on market efficiency.
