摘要
超高强铝合金因其密度小、强度高,而且成型性与耐腐蚀性较好,所以在军事、航空航天、船舶等领域中得到了广泛应用。超高强铝合金在重工业中作用逐步凸显,并得到了社会的全面关注。但我国在超高强铝合金热处理工艺方面起步较晚,并没有制定统一的标准,企业在超高强铝合金热处理工艺方面也是按照自身需求进行的,导致生产的产品质量难以得到保障,使超高强铝合不能将自身优势完全发挥出来。本文对超高强铝合金热处理工艺进行研究,希望能够为同行业者提供参考意见。
Ultra-high strength aluminium alloy has been widely used in military, aerospace, ship and other fields because of its low density, high strength, good formability and corrosion resistance. The role of ultra-high strength aluminum alloy in heavy industry has gradually become prominent, and has been paid full attention by the society. However, our country started late in the heat treatment process of ultra-high strength aluminium alloy, and did not formulate a unified standard. Enterprises also carry out the heat treatment process of ultra-high strength aluminium alloy according to their own needs, resulting in the production of product quality is difficult to be guaranteed, so that ultra-high strength aluminium alloy can not fully play its advantages. In this paper, the heat treatment process of ultra-high strength aluminium alloy is studied, hoping to provide reference for the same industry.
