摘要 铜,作为现代工业不可或缺的重要金属材料和战略物资,是促进国民经济发展所必需的关键材料。高强化铜更是具备极其优良的性能,既能提升高端电子产品质量,又可以满足现代高新科技的技术要求并且也可以降低成本。电解精炼工艺是当今生产高强化铜的主要方法,应用广泛,实践多样,技术较为成熟。通过对高强化铜的电解精炼工艺流程、工艺技术和影响高强化铜电解精炼的主要因素进行分析,进而了解高强化铜电解精炼工艺,并且结合具体的实践希望可以为完善相关理论提供一些方法上的启发。 Copper, as an indispensable important metal material and strategic material in modern industry, is a key material necessary to promote the development of national economy. High-strength copper has excellent performance, which can not only improve the quality of high-end electronic products, but also meet the technical requirements of modern high-tech and reduce costs. Electrolytic refining technology is the main method to produce high strength copper. Based on the analysis of the electrolytic refining process and technology of high-strength copper and the main factors affecting the electrolytic refining of high-strength copper, this paper further understands the electrolytic refining process of high-strength copper, and hopes to provide some methodological inspiration for improving relevant theories by combining with specific practices.
