摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,生态矿区建设在国民经济中起着非常重要的作用。由于我国人口众多,资源有限,现可用资源越用越少,但环境污染近几年却愈发严重。在生态环境与可用资源越来越严峻的情形下,建设生态矿区、保护生态环境已经成为我国煤矿企业今后的奋斗目标。建设生态矿区不是一朝一夕就可以实现的,我们要时刻以保护生态环境为宗旨,促进企业与环境协同发展。本文主要从生态矿区环境成本与环境效益的评价出发,然后分析生态矿区环境成本的控制方法,最后提出如何把生态文明贯穿矿山建设中的几点建议。
With the rapid development of the economy in China,the construction of ecological mining area plays a very important role in the national economy.Due to the large population and limited resources in our country,the available resources are less and less,but the environmental pollution has become more and more serious in recent years.Under the situation that the ecological environment and available resources are becoming more and more severe,the construction of ecological mining areas and the protection of the ecological environment have become the goal of Chinese coal mining enterprises in the future.The construction of an ecological mining area can’t be realized overnight.We should always take the protection of the ecological environment as our aim and promote the coordinated development of enterprises and the environment.This paper starts from the environmental cost of ecological mining area and the evaluation of environmental benefit,mainly analyzes the control methods of environmental cost in ecological mining area,and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to run ecological civilization through mine construction.
