摘要
矿业伦理研究的是矿业开发过程中人与人、人与自然、人与社会相互关系的道德问题,属于应用伦理学范畴。本文认为,构建我国矿业伦理应以继承传统伦理思想的精髓为基础,借鉴西方生态伦理学严谨的结构性和方法论,使之符合生态文明的时代精神。当前,全国范围内的绿色矿山建设为构建我国矿业伦理提供了历史机遇。通过公众、企业和政府部门的协同努力,建立适合国情和矿情的矿业道德标准和行为规范,能够为我国建设绿色矿山、发展绿色矿业提供理论支撑和实践指导。
Mining ethics ,studying mainly the moral issues of the interrelations among people ,nature and society related to mining process , is a component of practical ethics . T his paper believes that constructing the mining ethics according with the ecological civilization should inherit the essence of Chinese traditional ethics and take example by the rigorous methodology of western ecological ethics .The current Green Mines construction provides a historical opportunity to build the mining ethics in China .By means of the concerted efforts from public ,corporate and government sectors ,the moral standards and codes suitable for national conditions and mining status will be established and provide the theoretical support and practice guide for constructing Green Mines and developing Green Mining in our country .
