摘要
目的探讨血府逐瘀颗粒配合放疗对宫颈癌的疗效及对肿瘤标志物的影响。方法以102例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法随机分为放疗组和联合组,每组51例,放疗组给予放射治疗,联合组给予血府逐瘀颗粒配合放疗,观察两组疗效、不良反应及肿瘤标志物水平。结果联合组患者的有效率为94. 12%,显著高于放疗组的74. 51%(P <0. 05);两组患者均有恶心、呕吐、腹泻、膀胱炎及直肠炎反应,联合组各项不良反应发生率均低于放疗组,其中恶心、呕吐及腹泻发生率显著低于放疗组(P <0. 05);治疗前,两组患者鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCCA)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平无明显差异(P> 0. 05),治疗后,两组患者各肿瘤标志物水平均显著降低,其中联合组降低水平显著低于放疗组(P <0. 05)。结论血府逐瘀颗粒配合放疗对宫颈癌有较好的疗效,能降低患者放疗不良反应及肿瘤标志物水平。
Objective To explore the effect of Xuefuzhuyu granule combined with radiotherapy on cervical cancer and its effect on tumor markers.Methods A total of 102 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into radiotherapy group and combination group(n=51).Radiotherapy group were given radiotherapy,combined group were given Xuefuzhuyu granules on the base of radiotherapy.The efficacy,adverse reactions and the levels of tumor markers were observed.Results The effective rate was 94.12%in the combined group,which was significantly higher than that in the radiotherapy group(74.51%,P<0.05).Both groups had adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,cystitis and proctitis response.The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the radiotherapy group,in which nausea,vomiting and diarrhea were significantly lower than those in the radiotherapy group(P<0.05).Before treatment,squamous cell carcinoma associated antigen(SCCA),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)levels were not significantly different between the two groups(P >0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor markers were significantly decreased in both groups,and the reduction level was significantly lower in the combined group than in the radiotherapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu granule combined with radiotherapy has a good effect on cervical cancer,and can reduce the adverse reactions of patients with radiotherapy and tumor markers.
