摘要
人是文化发展的最重要因素之一,海洋文化产业是以人的智慧和创意为主导与核心的产业,因此,作为产业活动实践主体的人是带动整个海洋文化产业发展的引擎器,从产业主体的角度去研究海洋文化产业的发展才是最基本的逻辑出发点。本文借助产业价值链体系推演分析了中国海洋文化产业主体系统的构成体系和分类,以及各个产业主体的具体内涵和功能特征,并阐述了各个海洋文化产业主体之间不断互动交流、相辅相成的协同发展关系,以期推动海洋文化产业主体有机系统的平衡、协调、可持续发展,为中国海洋事业的发展起到软实力推进作用。
Maritime culture industry is based on people’s wisdom and creativity which is the leading and core of the industry,therefore,industry subjects are the power engine of the whole maritime culture industry development.Studying the development of the maritime cultural industry from the perspective of industry subject is the basic logical starting point.In this paper,we deduct the subject system composition of maritime culture industry in China based on the industry value chain system and analysis the content of each industry subject.At the same time,we expound the cooperative development relationship with constant interaction and complement between the maritime culture industry subjects.All of these are expected to promote the balance,coordination and sustainable development of the organic system of Maritime cultural industry.
