摘要
针对原有机械搅拌加速澄清池运行要求严格,消耗大量混凝剂和助凝剂,且产生的大量泥渣无法回用等问题,对机械搅拌加速澄清池进行了改造调试。改造后,在少投加或不投加混凝剂聚合硫酸铁和助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺的情况下,投加消石灰,出水水质仍然优良。节约了混凝剂聚合硫酸铁和助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺药品费用,澄清池产生的泥渣主要成分为碳酸钙,可用作脱硫系统石灰石浆液,既节约石灰石费用,还节约了加药设备的备品配件和维护费用。
In view of the existing problems of the original mechnical stirring clarification setting pond such as:requires strict operating condition,consumes large amount of coagulant and coagulant aids,produces large quantity of sludge which cannot be reused,and so on,it was optimized and debugged.Through the modification,the effluent water quality from the mechanical stirring clarification setting pond was excellent in the case of dosing slaked lime only,with less or no addition of coagulant SPFS and coagulant aids PAM.It could be seen that,the said modification could save the cost of SPFS and PAM,produced sludge with main component of calcium carbonate,which could be used as limestone slurry of desulfurization system.Therefore,the cost of limestone,apare parts and components of drug dosing equipments as well as their maintenance could be saved.
