摘要
介绍了某电厂中水处理系统自建成以来无法正常运行,存在机械搅拌澄清池出力低且出水水质差、污泥池无法及时排泥等运行问题,严重影响后续除盐水系统各设备的正常运行和全厂制水量。通过中水处理系统运行优化调整试验研究,开展现场调研评估、实验室混凝模拟试验及现场工业试验,优化调整机械搅拌澄清池的混凝剂加药点及加药量、助凝剂加药量及石灰石加药量等运行工艺参数,污泥池排泥系统检查消缺,最终恢复该厂中水处理系统各设备正常运行。
This paper introduces the problems that the reclaimed water treatment system of a power plant has been unable to operate normally since it was built,that the mechanical stirring and clarifying tank has low output with poor effluent quality,and that the sludge in the tank cannot be discharged in time,which seriously affect the subsequent normal operation of the desalting water system equipment and the water production quantity of the whole plant.Through the experimental research on the operation optimization and adjustment of the reclaimed water treatment system,the paper carries out the field investigation and evaluation,the laboratory coagulation simulation test and the field industrial test.With the operation technical parameters optimized and adjusted such as the coagulant dosing point and dosage,the coagulant aid dosage,and the limestone dosage in the mechanical stirring clarifying tank,as well as the sludge tank drainage system checked and its defects eliminated,all the equipment of the reclaimed water treatment system in the power plant has resumed normal operation in the end.
