摘要
目的分析中职在校学生功能性消化不良(FD)的病因及其影响因素。方法选取2014年8月～2019年1月阳江市卫生学校的中职在校学生3942例,采取问卷形式对所有在校学生进行调查分析,并对病因进行单因素分析和多元Logistic回归分析。结果 (1)3942例中职在校学生患FD 466例,占11.82%,无功能性消化不良者3476例,占88.18%;(2)单因素分析结果显示,性别、饮食卫生、喝茶、经常服用药物、减肥药的合理使用及准时进餐情况等因素与FD发生相关(P<0.05);(3)多元Logistic回归分析提示,性别、挑食、喝茶、经常服用药物、减肥药的合理使用及准时进餐情况是发生FD的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论中职在校学生FD发病率相对较高,性别、挑食、饮食卫生、喝茶、经常服用药物及准时进餐情况均是可能的病因,应针对病因制定合理的防治措施。
Objective To analysis of the causes and influencing factors of functional dyspepsia(FD)in secondary vocational school students.Methods A total of 3942 cases secondary vocational school students admitted to Yangjiang Health School from August 2014 to January 2019 were selected,Questionnaire survey and analysis of all students in school,univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the etiology.Results①3942 secondary vocational school students suffered from FD 466 cases,accounting for 11.82%,non-functional dyspepsia 3476 cases,accounting for 88.18%;②Univariate analysis showed that sex,dietary hygiene habits,tea drinking,frequent medication,Rational use of diet pills and punctual meals were associated with functional dyspepsia(P<0.05);③Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that sex,picky eating,drinking tea,taking medicine frequently,rational use of diet pills and punctual meals were risk factors for FD(P<0.05).Conclusion Secondary vocational school students have a higher incidence of FD,sex,picky eating,drinking tea,taking medicine regularly and punctual meals were all possible causes of the disease.Reasonable prevention and treatment measures should be formulated according to the causes.
