摘要
目的研究心理护理干预在甲状腺手术护理中的应用价值。方法便利选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的56例甲状腺手术治疗患者,按照双盲法将其分为A组和B组,每组28例,A组患者给予常规护理干预措施,B组患者在A组患者的常规护理上融入心理护理干预措施,观察对比两组患者的护理满意度与护理抑郁评分。结果 A组患者的护理满意度为82.14%,明显低于B组的96.43%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.781 3,P<0.05);两组患者在接受护理干预前的抑郁评分无明显差异,接受护理干预后,B组患者的抑郁评分得到了显著改善,评分(41.88±5.12)分低于(53.88±5.56)分,明显优于A组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.826 6,P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺手术治疗患者的护理过程中融入心理护理干预措施,能够有效降低患者的抑郁评分,且具有较高的护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the application value of psychological nursing intervention in thyroid surgery nursing.Methods A total of 56 patients with thyroid surgery admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled in this study.They were divided into group A and group B according to double-blind method.28 patients in each group were given routine nursing interventions.Patients in group B were included in the routine nursing of group A patients with psychological nursing interventions,and the nursing satisfaction and nursing depression scores of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The satisfaction degree of patients in group A was 82.14%,which was significantly lower than that in group B(96.43%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=13.781 3,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in depression scores between the two groups before receiving nursing intervention.After receiving nursing intervention,the depression score of group B was significantly improved,and the score(41.88±5.12)points<(53.88±5.56)points was significantly better than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.826 6,P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of psychological nursing interventions in the nursing process of thyroid surgery patients can effectively reduce the patient's depression score,and has a high degree of nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
