摘要
西南油气田招标中心随着服务区域日益扩大,物资、工程、服务采购项目不断深化扩展,对标优秀招标机构的先进经验与思路,持续提升管理质量显得尤为重要。文章首先介绍国内优秀招标机构的先进管理经验,进而提出采取适度管理的工作方式并分析了其有效性,望为西南油气田招标中心未来管理模式的选择提供参考。
