摘要
文章阐述了疾病预防控制机构档案的分类与特征,档案利用的必要性和当前疾病预防控制机构档案利用工作存在的问题。提出了做好疾病预防控制机构的档案利用工作,必须严格遵循档案利用工作的指导思想,即准确、全面、有效、及时地为档案用户服务。要求疾病预防控制机构在开展档案利用工作中,档案工作人员应树立档案利用的服务意识,做好该机构档案的基础工作,熟悉所保管档案的内容和了解利用者的需求,正确处理好档案利用和档案保密的关系,掌握其档案利用效果,加大对疾病预防控制机构档案管理与利用工作的投入,采用先进的档案管理信息化手段,提高档案工作人员的专业素质。从而充分发挥疾病预防控制机构的档案利用价值,让其更好地服务于疾病预防控制机构的各项工作。
This article describes classification and characteristics of the disease prevention and control institutions archives,the need for the use of archives,and the problems existing in the current use of disease prevention and control institutions.It proposed that how to do a good job of archives utilization of disease prevention and control institutions,guiding ideology of the use of archives must be strictly followed,so that the archival users should be served accurately,comprehensively,effectively and in a timely manner.We require the disease prevention and control institutions to carry out the use of archives.Archives staff should establish a sense of service for the use of archives,do a good job in the basic work of the archives of the institution,be familiar with the contents of the archives kept and understand the needs of users,and properly handle the use of archives.The relationship with the confidentiality of files,master the use of their archives,increase investment in the file management and utilization of disease prevention and control institutions,and adopt advanced methods of file management information to improve the professional quality of archivists.So as to give full play to the file utilization value of disease prevention and control institutions,and let them provide better services for the various work of disease prevention and control institutions.
