摘要
通过矿样筛分分析、SEM-EDS分析和矿物定量解离系统(MLA)等测试手段对精矿、尾矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,研究表明:浮选精矿(一粗一精反浮选)中P2O5含量29.61%,氟磷灰石富集明显,但精矿中依然存在极少量氟磷灰石与白云石的连生体,且粒度较细,接触界线不平整,难与白云石解离,通过精矿进一步精选难以提高精矿的品质。浮选尾矿中P2O5含量6.91%,其中与白云石的连生体高达23.22%,要想进一步回收尾矿中的P2O5,需要对该尾矿进行再磨矿,使各矿物之间充分解离。
The process mineralogy study is carried out for concentrate and tailings by sieve analysis, SEM-EDS scanning electron microscope analysis and mineral liberation analysis system(MLA) and the other testing method. The study results show: The P205 content of flotation concentrate(one time roughing, one time selection reverse flotation) is 29.61%, the fluorapatite was obviously richer,but there also has small quantity of intergrowth of fluorapatite and dolomite in the concentrate, which has fine particle size, uneven contact boundary, which is difficult to separate with dolomite, and it is difficult to improve the quality of concentrate through further selection. P205 content in the flotation tailings is 6.91%, the dolomite intergrowth reach up to 23.22%, the tailings shall be reground for further recovery P205, and to make each mineral fully disintegrated.
