小麦地磷尾矿库水平衡分析及零排放实践

摘要 长江经济带总磷污染分布与磷矿企业分布具有一定相关性,根据磷矿浮选工艺、尾矿成份、渗滤液水质分析及尾矿库坝体防渗情况,对小麦地磷尾矿库的水量平衡进行核算、分析,掌握尾矿库进水、出水变化情况,为废水零排放提供依据,并提出设置地下监控井进行定期监控措施,预防环境风险的发生,保障下游水质安全。 The distribution of total phosphorus pollution in the Yangtze River Economic Zone has a certain correlation with the distribution of phosphate mining enterprises.According to the phosphate flotation process,tailings composition,leachate water quality analysis and the anti-seepage situation of the tailing reservoir dam,the wheat ground phosphate tailings The water balance of the reservoir is calculated and analyzed,and the changes in the inflow and outflow of the tailings reservoir are grasped to provide a basis for zero discharge of wastewater.It also proposes to set up underground monitoring wells for regular monitoring measures to prevent environmental risks and ensure the safety of downstream water quality.
