一起技术供水阀门动作异常事件的分析处理

摘要 针对天生桥一级水电站3号机组在停机过程中技术供水三个阀门异常动作的事件,对故障原因分析表明,是停机过程中未能及时切换备用水源供水所至。针对此现象,检修人员在系统收到停技术供水令后加一个中间变量T-LCU,2 min延时后开出停冷却水令ZJBL1[11]关闭相应阀门,延时2 min可以保证阀门动作到位,能及时切换备用水源供水,保证了机组技术供水系统的正常运行。 In the shutdown process of the No.3 unit in Tianshengqiao-I Hydropower Station, abnormal actions are observed in three valves in the technical water supply system. Analysis shows that during the shutdown process, the system fails to switch to the backup water supply timely, resulting in the abnormal valve actions. Thus, in the system control logic sequence, an intermediate variable T-LCU is added. The ZJBL1[11] stop order of the cooling water supply is sent after a two-minute delay to close the relevant valves, which ensures the proper actions of the valves and the timely switching of the backup water supply. After the treatment, the normal operation of the technical water supply system is ensured.
