摘要
针对扬州恒佳自动化设备有限公司HR50系列折弯机器人动力与传动系统进行可靠性分析。首先建立该型折弯机器人动力与传动系统可靠性框图,对2016年全年、2017年全年销售的该型折弯机器人动力与传动系统共发生的54条故障数据统计分析,以FMEA理论为基础,运用FMEA分析方法进行故障模式、故障部位、故障原因分析,找到薄弱环节,为设计者、安装调试人员在设计、装配调试时提供参考依据,以提高其可靠性。
In this paper,for the failure of the bending robot power and transmission system,through the analysis of structure and function,the subsystems of the bending robot and the transmission system are divided into parts and components,and the reliability block diagram is established.Based on the FMEA theory,the FMEA analysis method is used to analyze the failure modes,fault locations,and fault causes,and find weak ones for the total of 54 fault data of the bending robot power and transmission system in 2016 and 2017.The link provides a reference for designers,installation and commissioners in design,assembly and commissioning to improve their reliability.
