基于TD-LTE的我国近海专网覆盖研究

摘要 为了方便海事部门对船舶的监控、安全及作业情况进行数据平台整合,为航行的客运船舶提供宽带覆盖环境,为后续渔船宽带接入和监管提供必要基础网络条件,近海专网覆盖选择了TD-LTE作为网络的技术体制.该文针对近海TD-LTE专网覆盖项目,主要通过对近海TD-LTE专网覆盖的业务需求、业务承载策略、用户数预测和业务模型预测等方面进行分析,提出具体的近海TD-LTE专网覆盖解决方案,沿海岸线建设TD-LTE工程,为海岸线100 km以内的作业船舶提供宽带链路. In order to facilitate the maritime department to integrate the data platform for the monitoring,safety and operation of the ship,to provide a broadband coverage environment for the voyage passenger ships,and to provide the necessary basic network conditions for the follow-up fishing vessel broadband access and supervision,TD-LTE was selected as the technical system of the offshore private network.This paper analyzes the offshore TD-LTE private network coverage project from four aspects:the analysis of the service requirements,service bearer strategies,user number prediction and service model prediction covered by the offshore TD-LTE private network,and proposes specific offshore TD-LTE.A dedicated network coverage solution is proposed to build a TD-LTE project along the coastline to provide broadband links for operational vessels within 100 km of the coastline.
