摘要 当前,电力通信业务IP化已大势所趋,传统的时分复用(TDM)业务量虽然很小,但可靠性和实时性要求极高,对电网的安全稳定运行至关重要,故电力通信网未来将是多业务并存的局面。随着各省光传送网(OTN)建设工程的实施,如何将现有的同步数字体系网(SDH)或分组传送网(PTN)与OTN网络高效融合以满足网络对各类业务的承载质量及传输可靠性成为网络融合首要解决的技术难题。通过分析电力系统的业务新需求和网络模型,探索分组增强型光传送网(P-OTN)技术的应用前景,并结合某省的情况提出融合组网模型及业务承载策略,该模型可针对多业务统一承载且能保证TDM业务的服务质量(QOS)要求。 At present, the IP of electric power communication has become a general trend. Although the tradtional time division muhiplexing(TDM) business is small in quantity, its requirement for reliability and real-time are extremely high, which is very important for the security and stability of power grid. As a result, the coexistence of multi-service situation is inevitable in the future. The integration of the existing synchronous digital hierarchy (SDH) or packet transport network (PTN) with OTN network, which can satisfiy the network requirements for service quality and transmission reliability, is an important technical problem that needs to be studied. Based on an analysis of the new demand of electric power business and network models, the application prospect of packet-enhanced optical transport network (P-OTN) technology is explored, and the network model and business bearing strategy are proposed, which can unify business bearing and ensure the quality of TDM service.
